Our cancellation and rebooking policy

We are an appointment based business meaning our schedule is set up tight so our furry clients can get in and out as expected.

Rebookings & Cancellations

Rebook or cancel your appointment at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment or a $25 fee will be charged. If cancelled on same day prior to your appointment time, 50% of grooming price will be charged!

Late fees

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A late fee starting at $15 will be charged and depending on arrival time groomer reserves the right to either downgrade service or deny service if this will significantly affect and delay next clients.

New clients

New clients will be charged a deposit equal to price of groom at time of booking and will lose full deposit with no-show. It is ok to cancel or rebook at least 24 hrs prior to scheduled appointment!

No-Show

If you fail to show at your scheduled appointment time, with no phone call to cancel, a no-show fee equal to price of groom will be charged.

With a pet or family emergency, and proof thereof, you may be exempt from the above.

Appointments may be exempt or delayed due to acts of God, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control.
